Delivery Happiness Tony Hsieh

 

Every new employee at Greenvelope is asked to read Delivering Happiness by the CEO of Zappos.com, Tony Hsieh.  Delivering Happiness illustrates the importance of good customer service and a defining a company culture. If you have ever ordered something on Zappos, then you know first hand how they go the extra mile for their customers!

After reading about how Tony created a huge company library, I was inspired to create something similar at Greenvelope. Since we are a paperless company, it only made sense to build our company library on the Kindle. Thanks to Tony’s inspiration, now every employee at Greenvelope has a stocked Kindle with suggested readings. To continue expanding our library, we have a shared Google Doc where every employee can suggest books they would like added to the company Kindles.
