While we are constantly trying to make your experience better, we’d love to take this opportunity to introduce five new and improved account features:

1. Design Explorer

Every day our design team is adding fresh new designer templates from our curated team of 30+ independent designers, and now finding the design you want is easier than ever. The Greenvelope Design Explorer will guide you in finding the perfect template for your event by allowing you to not only utilize a Google-esque search bar, but also filter through our designs by category, color, designers, and even card shapes! Of course, when you find a design you like, you can always “star” it (think Pinterest for invitation designs) to save it for later, and continue browsing.

2. Custom Design Services

Whether you’re looking for a fully custom design or to revamp an existing template, Greenvelope now offers custom design options for your mailings. For an additional fee, work with our amazing in-house design team on anything from minor color adjustments to exclusive made-to-order templates. Our design team will strive to make sure your artistic vision, paired with their design capabilities, will create the perfect event experience.

3. Ticketing Features

Since the initial debut of Greenvelope’s ticketing features a couple of months ago, the system has continued to improve in functionality and ease of use for hosts and guests alike. Our business customers can now sell tickets, items, and even collect donations organically through your mailings! We’ve gone through a couple testing rounds, and we’ve revised the ticketing program to feature functionality such as giving guests multiple payment methods, send payment reminders, and other personalizations that our users have become accustomed to!

4. Salesforce Integration for Business Accounts

Greenvelope has always specialized in making it easy to manage your events all in one place, so what would be better than be able to manage your customers as well? With the introduction of the Greenvelope system integration with that of the world’s #1 customer relationship management product, Salesforce.com, our business clients have access to an all-in-one relationship building platform. This integration allows for business clients to access their customer data within their Greenvelope account, view customers’ Salesforce CRM specific data, campaigns, previous interactions, and more. From event data, open rates, and now complete customer profiles, Greenvelope has now become your one-stop shop for direct sales and relationship management.

5. Extended Support Hours

Friendly and responsive customer service is at the foundation of everything we do. To further our success in this mission, we have now extended our support hours to 6:30 AM – 5PM PST during the week. This allows us to respond to your inquiries more efficiently, more thoroughly, as well as spend more time chatting with our treasured East Coast and international users!
