Question 1

How do Greenvelope halloween thank you notes work?

Accepted Answer

Choose a design from this collection and customize the wording, colors, and photos in the Greenvelope editor. Add your guest list by email address or phone number, then send right away or schedule delivery for a future date. Each guest receives an animated envelope that opens to your card on any device, with no app to download and no account required to view it.

Question 2

How much do halloween thank you notes cost?

Accepted Answer

Greenvelope charges a one time amount per mailing, set by the size of your guest list. Pricing starts at $19 for a guest list of up to 20 people, with $39 covering up to 40, $59 up to 60 and $99 up to 100. Every person you list counts toward the package, including each named member of a household, so grouping a family under one contact keeps their replies together but does not reduce the number of people counted. There are no coins or credits to buy. Paid accounts start with an allowance of 500 text messages, and additional messages can be purchased if you need more. Annual memberships are available for hosts who send several events a year, though no subscription is required to send a single mailing.

Question 3

Can I try a design before I buy?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Any design in this collection can be customized and sent to up to 10 guests in Greenvelope's trial mode with no credit card required. That lets you see the complete envelope opening experience exactly as your guests will see it before you choose a package.

Question 4

Who designs Greenvelope's halloween thank you notes?

Accepted Answer

This collection is created by Greenvelope's community of over 150 independent designers, and every piece is hand crafted artwork rather than AI generated. Each design credits its designer, and most are released in several colorways and as coordinated suites so related pieces share the same artwork.

Question 5

Can I upload my own design or add my own photos?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Greenvelope's upload option accepts JPG, PNG, and PDF files, so you can send artwork you already have or a design created somewhere else. Most designs in this collection also accept your own photos, and Greenvelope's design team can build a custom design or adjust the text on an existing one on request.

Question 6

Does Greenvelope print or mail thank you notes?

Accepted Answer

No. Greenvelope is a digital stationery platform, so everything in this collection is delivered by email, by text message, or by a shareable link rather than through the post. If you want something physical, you can save a high quality version of your finished design and print it yourself or take it to a local print shop.

Question 7

Can I see who has opened my thank you note?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Greenvelope reports real time open rates and daily delivery summaries, and address validation helps reduce bouncebacks before you send. You can resend to anyone who has not opened without starting over.

Question 8

When should thank you notes be sent?

Accepted Answer

Thank you notes are measured from the gift or the occasion rather than from a date ahead. Send wedding thank you notes within three months of the wedding, and acknowledge gifts that arrive before the day within about two weeks of their arrival. Baby and bridal shower notes suit two weeks, birthday gifts one to two weeks, and a note after a funeral or memorial two to three weeks. Thanks for dinner or a weekend as a guest travels fastest, within two to three days, and a business gift or meeting is best answered within 24 to 48 hours. For any other celebration where guests brought gifts, including a bar or bat mitzvah, two weeks is a good target. Writing in small batches keeps a long list moving, and a late note still beats no note; it needs no apology beyond a single sentence.
