Summary: Customer service is an incredibly important part of Greenvelope’s brand. Our customer support agents never read a script; we encourage each agent to inject their own unique personality into all communications and work to build ongoing relationships with our clients. If you are interested in being part of a high-energy team, we would love to chat!

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting prospective customers and current customers via live chat, phone, and email
  • Proposing ideas for how we can improve our product and new product ideas
  • Reporting any bugs or issues to our development team - hopefully rarely!  
  • Working on a variety of alternative projects based on your passion and skill sets
  • Training new customer service agents

You should have:

  • Customer service experience is preferred
  • A passion for helping 
  • Relentless work ethic
  • Great communication skills
  • Familiarity with Excel and Photoshop is preferred
  • A proven track record of working in a fast paced, changing environment.
  • Understanding of the inner workings of event planning is a plus

Location: The majority of our team is based in Seattle but we have switched to fully remote for the foreseeable future. We are primarily hiring in the Seattle area, but will also consider candidates based in CA, OR, MO, and IL.
