They described it as a decadent party at their home where everyone got dressed up and had the freedom to mingle and meander around three stories of their West Village venue.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-260\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greenvelope.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/robinson_2.png\" alt=\"robinson_2\" width=\"850\" height=\"710\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.greenvelope.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/robinson_2.png 850w, https:\/\/www.greenvelope.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/robinson_2-300x250.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 850px) 100vw, 850px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The couple chose a classic aesthetic with a <a title=\"Greenvelope Designs\" href=\"https:\/\/www.greenvelope.com\/designs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Greenvelope invitation<\/a> to match. Their design was inspired by the Indian <a title=\"Sarus Crane\" href=\"http:\/\/www.wwfindia.org\/about_wwf\/priority_species\/lesser_known_species\/sarus_crane\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sarus Crane<\/a>, which symbolizes devotion. The cranes mate for life, Jason explained, and are one of the few species who mourn for the loss of their partner at the end of life. The couple found this to be perfect symbolism for their union and ideal imagery for their invitation.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-261\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greenvelope.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/robinson_3.png\" alt=\"robinson_3\" width=\"850\" height=\"850\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.greenvelope.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/robinson_3.png 850w, https:\/\/www.greenvelope.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/robinson_3-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/www.greenvelope.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/robinson_3-300x300.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 850px) 100vw, 850px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Both Neilly and Jason agreed that the hassle-free venue (a stunning 5 story townhouse rented out and decorated for parties by the resident) along with fine food &amp; drink set the easy and joyous mood of their nuptials.
